NIGHT TIME SKIN CARE ROUTINE

OKAY YA’LL its here! My night time skin care routine! This is something that has been requested so I figured I would start with night time and if you guys want I’ll share my day time routine!

STEP 1: REMOVE MAKEUP

First I take my makeup off. I don’t wear makeup every day but when I do it’s obviously my first step! I love using the Philosophy Purity Made Simple One-Step Facial Cleansing Cloths because they smell the best and they do the job. I also really like the Boscia MakeUp-BreakUp Cool Cleansing Oil if I’m taking my makeup off in the shower. Then for my eye makeup I use the Neutrogena Oil-Free Makeup Remover on a cotton round and it works like a charm!

STEP 2: WASH FACE

Next I wash my face… duh. I use the Foreo LUNA fofo and I’m in love with it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. It’s also great for lymphatic drainage and we all know how I feel about that! When it comes to face wash I really do like to change it up. Lately I’ve been using the First Aid Beauty Face Cleanser. In the past I’ve also used Origins GinZing Refreshing Scrub Cleanser and Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cleanser. Face wash isn’t something I’m specific with so whatever I have really works!

STEP 3: USE TONER

Next up is toner and I think it might be my favorite step. It just feels so good when you’re done and my face feels so nice and clean. So if i’m wearing makeup I will definitely go for my Garnier Miceller Water just to really guarantee that I got all the dirt and makeup out of my skin. Then I ALWAYS go for the Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner and seriously I swear by this stuff! When I run out and go a few days without it I swear I can see a difference in my skin! Especially if you struggle with pimples and acne you need this because glycolic acid is the stuff that fights pimples. I just put it on a cotton round and wipe it all over my face, even my neck and sometimes my chest! (I can be crazy with it lol).

STEP 4: PEEL PADS

So next I use the Dr. Dennis Gross Peel Pads. They are something I’ve become obsessed with lately. Now, its not something I use every night BUT if I am using them on a particular night I only use the Micellar Water first NOT the Glycolic Acid Toner! Not sure if it matters but I just don’t lol! I try to use they every other night because girl they are expensive! But they really do wonders for your skin if you have any issues with texture or enlarged pores. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Just something important to remember is that this is a two step process and you MUST wait 2 MINUTES in between the pads! Personally I like to set an alarm on my phone and brush my teeth during that time!

STEP 5: EYE CREAM

GIRL! I am somebody who NEEDS eye cream considering I’m like a 5 year old and constantly rubbing my eyes when I’m tired! Lately I’ve been loving the Dr. Dennis Gross Hyaluronic Marine Dew It Right Eye Gel. I also really love the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado. It’s such a classic! Its nice and thick and super moisturizing! Anything thats super moisturizing and soothing is perfect for me!

STEP 6: MOISTURIZER

Moisturizer is something else that I like to change up a lot. I like to try new skincare and I’m always on the hunt for the best moisturizer out there! But I definitely have a couple favorites that I always end up going back to. My favorites are First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration, Fresh Lotus Youth Preserve Moisturizer, Kate Somerville Nourish Daily Moisturizer, and belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb. Basically my only requirement for a moisturizer is that it has to be INTENSE because I have really dry skin. Especially during the winter! Another product I like to use in place of a moisturizer is the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask. It is so good and moisturizing and legit smells like a spa!

STEP 7: OILS

OILS OILS OILS. Now I have a whole post on oils so I’ll link that here but here are a few of my favorites! I always end with and oil so it really has the opportunity to sink in! Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate and SUNDAY RILEY Luna Sleeping Night Oil.

Okay wow that’s a lot of steps! But I promise it doesn’t take that long! If you want me to do a day time skin care routine I can do that too because the products I use are different and I’d love to share it with you! Let me know down below if that’s something you would want!
