DAINTY JEWELRY

OKAY YA’LL lets talk about something i’ve been getting into more lately. Jewelry. Dainty gold jewelry to be exact. I wear a few pieces every single day and never take them off. Seriously. I sleep, shower, do everything with these on! I just love the look of little and pretty jewelry. There’s something so simple and chic about it. I’ve never been one for the big statement costume jewelry pieces.

I’ll try and link everything that I wear if you want to shop! Here are the pieces that I wear every single day! The only thing I change out right now are earrings in my first hole. I use to switch out my necklaces but lately I only wear a choker. I’m definitely open to more everyday necklaces so if you have any suggests of places to shop leave them down below!

First up are my bracelets. I only wear the two that are pictured in the photo above! Honestly i’ve had them on for years. My cape cod bracelet I got in 2015 (I think) and I haven’t taken it off since. I got it on my first trip to cape cod with Jason and wanted to commemorate the visit! Cape cod is also one of my favorite places to go so I love having this little reminder everyday. The other bracelet is one I got for Christmas from my dad. He’s actually pretty good at giving jewelry. It came from my jeweler which is obviously local to me. It came from Heart of Gold in Paramus NJ so if you’re in the area I highly suggest checking them out. They’re located in the Paramus Jewelry Center on route 4.

Next up are my earrings. In my first hole are my AU Rate heart huggies. Okay so I had never hear of this company before they reached out to me. AUrate reached out wanting to send me some earrings so I said of course! They sent these cute heart huggies and they are so adorable I wear them all the time. I’ve been more into hoops recently so I’ve been loving pairing these with my little gold hoops that are always in my second hole. This company is really cool and have the cutest stuff at such a reasonable price for good quality jewelry! Their store is located in Manhatten and I’m hoping to get to their store soon! In my second hole are my Mejuri earrings. These little hoops are my favorite! Funny story! My mom bought these for me for Christmas. I sent her the link (because thats how we do Christmas gifts as adults lol) and said order two of these because they didn’t sell them as a pair (they sold as a single earring). I wanted two one for each ear of course. My mom thought I was being weird saying to order two so she ignored me (not realizing it was only one) and only ordered one. So on Christmas morning I only opened one and she felt bad and ordered me the other one the next day! LOL she’s such a cutie. So moral of the story I love these and haven’t taken them out since I put them in on Christmas.

I have another pair of Mejuri earrings that i’ll switch out in the first hole. These starburst earrings are so cute and have a funny story behind them too. I used to wear a different starburst style earring from Mejuri for probably over a year. I lost one and was crushed because I loved them so much and I couldn’t repurchase the same exact pair because they were part of a collaboration and limited edition! UGH! So I found this pair which was similar and said sign me up! They’r really cute and little. The reason why I love Mejuri so much is because the quality is so good and they never bother my ears. I have a hard time with earrings because cheap metals hurt my ears but I can’t afford the real stuff! So brands like Mejuri and Au Rate are perfect for me!

Next is probably my favorite jewelry store in Brooklyn. Catbird! I think I first heard about this place on instagram and instantly fell in love with their stuff! It’s so cool! It is pricey though so I really can’t afford too much! I desperately wanted a simple gold choker last year and found the perfect one on catbird and the price wasn’t too bad either! It’s the sweet nothing choker in gold. It’s another piece that I just never take off. It doesn’t bother me ever so it stays on. I’m one of those people that if I take jewelry off i’ll forget to put it back on. This past Christmas my new besties Alyssa and Sammy got me the matching ring! The sweet nothing ring. It’s just so perfect and simple I love it and never take it off either!
