ALMOND BUTTER BANANA BREAD

OKAY YA’LL, back with another recipe. This one is another Vital Proteins recipe. I love being able to mix vital proteins into things because it’s an extra boost of collage and we can all use that! So I found this recipe on the Vital Proteins website so I’ll leave their original recipe linked here. I tweaked mine a little to match my lifestyle more.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 tbs maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup coco powder or cacao

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 2-4 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • 2-4 tbs roughly chopped dark chocolate

This is literally the easiest recipe ever. Are you ready? Preheat the oven to 375 and grease your bread pan. Next mix all of the ingredients in your blender or food processor. That is literally it. Mix it all up, pour it into your bread pan, and boom. 30 min later you’re all done and you have some delicious banana bread ready. It is the easiest recipe I’ve ever done, I’m not even kidding.
