VANILLA COLLAGEN LATTE SMOOTHIE

OKAY YA’LL so we should all know by know that I’m obsessed with vital proteins. So I’m back with another recipe using vital proteins, duh. I like to get creative and change up how I get my collagen every day and lately that means I’ve been having smoothies. I also really love smoothies during summer in general so it just makes sense!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of almond milk (or whatever milk you want)

  • 1/2 cup of strawberries

  • 1/2 cup of blueberries

  • 1/2 cup of raspberries

  • 2 scoops of madagascar vanilla collagen latte

You can honestly use whatever berries you want. Those are my favorite to use but you can use blackberries, I even used açaí when I did it for instagram since I was out of blueberries and it was still delicious. Just put everything in your blender and mix together. Now you have a delicious smoothie for the morning. It’s honestly a no brainer! Let me know if any of you make this yourself!
