COLLAGEN MATCHA LATTE

OKAY YA’LL! So some of you may know by now that I’ve been working with Vital Proteins! They’ve been one of my favorite brands for a while now so this collaboration was SUPER exciting for me!

This time around I decided to try out their Matcha Collagen since I love matcha & caffeine…. duh.

I tried the matcha latte recipe vital proteins had up on their blog and I just have to say it is delicious. I recorded the process over on my instagram stories (they’re all saved under my recipe highlight if ya interested).

They give you two different ways to make the latte. I’ll leave the link to their recipe here but keep on reading to hear how I decided to make mine!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of hot water

  • 1/4 cup of warmed milk (I used oat milk but would also personally use almond milk)

  • 1 scoop of vital proteins matcha collagen

  • 1 tbsp butter (melted) OR coconut oil - I used butter because that is what I had at home

  • 1 tsp honey

First up, I dissolved the matcha collagen into the water. Gradually add in your milk. Make sure to stir really well so everything is fully combined and dissolved.

Next I poured the matcha mixture, butter, & honey into my blender. Mixed together on low until combined and frothy (about a minute).

Pour into your cutest and mug and that is it! You have made yourself a delicious matcha latte in like 3 minutes!
